Our Return Window

All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To ensure fairness for both our customers and our artisans, we follow a clear policy:
✔ Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
The product has a manufacturing defect or visible wear and tear
A clear and continuous unboxing video must be provided by the customer
(starting from the sealed package to the fully opened product)
Without a valid unboxing video, refund requests cannot be processed.

✔ Replacement is applicable if:

The product is unused and in original condition
All brand tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
Replacements are subject to product availability.

Important Conditions

Please note the following:
❌ Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
Products without original tags
❌ Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration are not eligible
Unboxing Video Guidelines (Mandatory for Refunds)
To help us process your request smoothly:
The video must be clear and unedited
The shipping label should be visible
The opening of the package must be shown from start to finish
The issue must be clearly visible in the video
This step helps us maintain quality control and prevent misuse.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
